Where do I start?! This was the absolute best and easiest car buying experience that I have ever had! James Prince was my sales rep, who helped me from the time I walked in the door, not expecting to buy a vehicle from the time I drove away in my beautiful 2016 Chevy Cruz LT! The staff was so nice and attentive to my needs! I am so happy with my purchase and recommend this location to anyone!
Jeff Morgan was very friendly, pleasant and thorough. He went the extra mile to make us comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we posed. (My husband concurred as he has some knowledge of cars). Even after the sale was closed I called Jeff a couple times and he was very helpful. Way to go Enterprise!!!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICLE THAT HAS SEVERAL ISSUES AND THEY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD THEIR WARRANTY. THEY PROMISE EVERYTHING AND DELIVER NOTHING. AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP I HAVE INCURRED OVER $6000.00 IN REPAIRS MY CAR IS AT THE DEALER AGAIN FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION. ALSO THE VALUE OF THE CARS THEY SELL IS WAY HIGH. I HAVE ALSO JUST REFINANCED THE INFLATED RATE ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT FLEET VEHICLES FOR RENTALS SIGNIFICANTLY DIMINISHES THE VALUE, AND IT COMPROMISES THE FACTORY WARRANTY. MY VEHICLE IS JUST OVER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY MILEAGE, AND THEY STATED THAT IF I HAD PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE FROM A DEALER AND IT WASN'T A RENTAL PREVIOUSLY THEY WOULD HAVE COVERED THE TRANSMISSION. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT! THESE VEHICLES ARE NOT PROPERLY SERVICED, YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND A GREAT DEAL TO KEEP THEM RUNNING.
WARNING DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!
