Good place to clean your car. Price is right.
I took my dad Adult owned 2002 Cadillac Escalade to get a wash there. I got home to what seemed a decent washed truck. As soon as I inspect the vehicle to get all the spots that were missed I come to find out that the third brake like was broken off. I went back to tell them what happened and see what could be done. The guy that helped me seemed to be okay with helping but I never got a call from my claim and it's been days now. I've honestly never felt so undermined. I am honestly in disbelief by all of this. I've already began to tell everyone I know that goes there just so they can watch out for things like that. Especially the customer service I received. If only I could give them zero stars. I'm so disappointed with this business.
Great place. It's not a $3 car wash. Some automatic ones are. Vacuum suction is very strong!
Went to get my car detailed. I always get everything except tire shine. Most of the time it's okay, but I have had times where my corvette did not look good after getting the works. Rims not fully done, streaks and odd spots on it etc. so today after going through the machine my rims looked horrible, and there was still bird droppings on it. So I went and told the guy who's usually there and he got all defensive. Especially when it came to my rims which are high polished chrome, and there were all these black spots in the corners, he informed me that it was rust, and that nothing would remove that. So I go home and use some dial soap and a rag and my rims are now sparkling like new. That associate there was extremely rude and just Comes off ass being lazy and unappreciative. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have my vehicle washed regularly and take care of it. There is NO rust on my car, but says a lot about your services if it does after using your product.
I've never had an issue. Fast service and the vacuums work well.
