Dr. Rowe and his staff are the most accomodating & friendly staff. I have had a lot of dental work by Dr. Rowe. He is the most pain free dentist that I have had in my 71 years and I am a real baby when it comes to injecting me with the needle. He has crowned almost all my teeth and they look beautiful.In my travels people have even asked me about them. I honestly can give Dr. Rowe a five star recommendation; and you will never find a better staff.
Meadowbrook Family Dentistry....has an awesome team! When I called, Tiffany she was very welcoming and explained all my insurance questions. Dr.Rowe told me the 1st time I met him the hard truths which is what I needed to hear, but then in the same sentence made me laugh. My new Hygienists Tena gave me the best deep cleaning and advice! Thank you Tonie for explaining all the billing details and Craig for making me feel welcome!

I was beyond impressed with Dr. Rowe and his amazing staff! I called to make an appointment and Tiffany was very warm and friendly. I was impressed that the office was hosting a school supply drive for kids in the area. This type of social responsibility is both impressive and needed in the Gwinnett County area. The office is located on Satellite Blvd in a very nice complex. Meadowbrook patients have reserve parking in the front. Once Tiffany checked me in and gave me an informational folder I was greeted by Toni. Toni was the dental hygienist she first took me for an X-ray then she took several pictures of my teeth. She explained what I needed to have done and a suggested plan of care. I then met Dr. Rowe who had a great personality. He provided more insight on what I had to get done and the preventive measures they would take to ensure the health of my teeth. Toni also explained that although my insurance would cover most of the treatments there would be some out of pocket costs and she brought in the finance liaison to explain to me what the cost would be (very minimal). I appreciated that I was informed of the potential costs before services were tendered. Toni did a great job with my deep cleaning and scaling. She also gave me great advice on what to do until my 3 month check up. Her personality was awesome. This is a great dental office with wonderful staff members, modern equipment and an excellent dentist!
Although I still experience anxiety while there, Dr. Rowe always makes me feel comfortable. And, Craig was very calming for me as well. Also, both ladies up front were very welcoming when I came in. They are also aware of my situation. And, when I was leaving, they took a few extra minutes with me to see how I felt during the procedure and afterwards. I've never been to another dental practice that is so understanding and caring for someone like myself that suffers from severe anxiety. Amazing team!
Dr. Rowe was a referral, and I i took too long to get there!! Every dentist should be like Dr.Rowe. He is honest about what is going on with your dental health. On my first visit for a cleaning he said "I cannot help you today" and referred me to Specialist. I was shocked but happy. A year later, he is the same. I just had a root canal....glad I have Dr. Rowe as my go-to Dentist. He has a wonderful staff, nice personality and just as important, does great work. A huge recommendation from me. And you get to watch movies
