I was a long time patient of Dr Jackson until recently. It seemed when I started to question them about my billing and them charging me above the contracted rate with my insurance I became an unpleasant patient to them. Even when I pulled my EOBS as proof, they still wanted to dispute. And then when Dr. Jackson changed my medication I called with a question and it took over a week to get a response. Then he actually told me to take the medication twice a day and as I investigated further into the samples he had given me it was a 24 hour release pill. So I asked for my medical records to change to a new primary care physician. His wife who is now the office manager, refused to give me the fax number because she wanted me to come and pick them up and pay him $.97 per page. Over the years this practice has not been able to keep staff. Every time you went in there were new people there. I would never suggest him as a physician, unfortunately he doesn't pay attention to the medication he's prescribing you!
