We simply had to write to you to tell you how very much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your very delightful and excellent Hotel last night. We have never experienced the welcome and treatment received at the wonderful EMBASSY SUITES AT SUGAR LOAF ! All your staff and team were, without exception, a true delight. Courtesy, heart-warming welcoming genuine smiles and their ability to make one feel that nothing was too much trouble was, indeed, a very refreshing feeling . We ordered kids tenders for our son from the room service at 10 pm. Very fresh and priceless. *Congratulations to the manager Mr. Richard on running such a successful establishment .. The fact that it was magnificently decorated and elegant rooms, beautiful public areas, fabulous breakfast. We ordered veggie omelette and the chef did it for us , Clean Grill, with a pleasure! Kathleen did excellent job. All added to our pleasure. The EMBASSY SUITES Hotel is an example for others. Huge Congratulations and we will, without doubt, look forward to our next visit! (And spread the word)!!

Best Embassy Suites!!!! It's new, clean, spacious. I am a hotel snob. This one comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Will definitely book again. Breakfast was great. They offered peach cobber for breakfast and called it 'peach sweetness'. Best in the South!!!
Very elegant, spacious, and beautiful facility. It's new, clean, and in a great location! Breakfast was great, especially when we were greeted by the chef who engaged the kids and introduced us to the five-star hospitality we have come to attribute with the Hilton brand. Our room was modern/chic, and the rest of the facility was flawless. Well done Hilton!
I was in Duluth for a conference and had never stayed at an embassy suites hotel. This one is great. Newly renovated with a great lobby bar/ restaurant. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly, funny and accommodating. The best is they have a complimentary happy hour each night and a free breakfast that I have paid over $30 for at other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
Very nice Hotel. Clean, Modern and Large suites. Stayed here 4 days for business. They have a nice bar, great full complimentary breakfast buffet. Located near a bunch of decent restaurants if you want to go out for dinner. Had a very pleasant stay and nothing but good things to say.
