I enjoyed the movie and the dining concept, but the dining needs work. It lacks organization. Several times I was brought meals that weren't mine and asked if I ordered it. I asked for cheese on my fries and it was confirmed at order, but I did not get cheese on them. It took 30 minutes to get them to me after the error was noticed. They brought me a nachos instead of the fries the first time.
Train your employees to learn theatre layout to prevent confusion when serving, bring accurate orders, and bill accurately.
Okay first of all, this place is dirty and the chairs are uncomfortable and torn. The food service was soooo bad. They brought us different meals and we had to return it and wait all over again. My cup was broken and didn’t realize it until it dripped down on me. My sister only ordered fries and she was brought her check before the food. The manager got defensive and a bit condescending when he came out to see us about my receipt. Acted like he knew everything when in actuality, he didn’t. I was overcharged but no one could explain to me why I was. Horrible horrible experience. Young and lazy bunch
Nice place to watch a movie. They let you in early but then really don't take good orders until after the movie starts. The food was decent, but it took a while to arrive (after but ordering prior to the start of the movie). The atmosphere is nicer than many movie theaters. Like the reserved seating.
Great place an cheaper than other movies around Atlanta, especially with the groupon they seem to always have. But the catch is that there's only a limited amount of movies they have which suck. The food is decent, but not worth the price per usual for a theater. The seats are sorta cozy. The first time I came in the seat was broken. The hallways do have a weird smell, sorta like a bathroom.

I ended up with 3 waters at one point and I had not even finished the first.
They also charged me the extra for cheese on fries plus a charge for an order of cheese fries. When they initially brought me my bill, the order of fries was not on there but appeared when my card was charged.
I felt that was sneaky and had to get up and go get the bill corrected. They credited back the order of cheese fries that should not have been there in the first place.
