I love this park! It's not like any other park I've been to. When you're walking on the trails, it makes you feel like you're away from the city. You are surrounded by very old beautiful trees. The trail near the parking lot gives you a tour of farm life.
It’s a beautiful spot filled with families and nature. I love the sound of screaming children as I briskly walk along the paths which are surrounded by trees. Perfect place for #fallgoals I must say that like the leaves I am falling for this place slowly but surely...
Super place to walk or run in the woods on a paved or natural trail. Hilly terrain with Sweetwater Creek ravine. Dogs permitted on leash or roam free in the fenced dog parks. Great playground for kids. Tour historic farm buildings. Picnic tables along the trails. Restrooms at park's two parking entrances.
This is a gem in the middle of a busy city. It's quiet and quite scenic with lots of green fields. There are a few vegetable gardens with beautiful flowers that attracted a beautiful Milkweed Butterfly. The park is expanding to include a new playground this year. There is also a historical farmhouse, barn and a blacksmith shed. Definitely worth a visit!
This is one of my favorite parks in the Gwinnett area. There's trails, a farm section, as well as a playground. There's two entrances if you don't want to walk about fifteen minutes to the playground. The playground is really neat and farm themed. There's also always people getting professional photographs taken.
