We came in to grab some late dinner to go. Girls that helped us in the front, Cece and Dorina, were very sweet and super helpful - probably the best fast food customer service we have had in awhile. All of our food was hot and very yummy. Great experience!
I've given this place so many chances. First, they're slow. I timed it last time and it took me 18 minutes to get out of the DRIVE THEY! Next, if I get the teriyaki chicken, they either don't put teriyaki in, or they drown everything in it. It's pretty bad when I could have driven 10 minutes out of my way, order at a legit Chinese restaurant, and gotten it way before panda EXPRESS does it, and with less issues.
I used to love Panda. Last three times I've been here I have not been impressed. One of the dishes we get always taste old (the lo mein this time) and the rice is always hot but dry and bland. Won't go back anytime soon.
The food is usually very good here. Nothing is served piping hot, but very tasty.
Customer service, was good however the food was ok. The dining area was cool.
