PHAH is a great place to take your pets. They care deeply and handle your pets with loaves and compassion.

Had a great experience for real prices. Nothing seemed overpriced as it does with other vets and they were all very friendly and carelful with my doggy. Came in for an annual checkup and vaccines. Dr. Chang was awesome and the girls at front desk and assistant as well.
I have been a customer for 8 yrs use to be a great place but I will definitely never take my dogs there again terrible customer service staff there sucks very rude and unprofessional DON'T BRING YOUR PET THERE!!!!!
The front office staff is incompetent and unprofessional,They were my babies vet for 8 years. New staff in the office brought unprofessional, ineffective people handling my pets. They literally tried to blame my husband for their error, I mean REALLY we are the consumer and the staff is not supposed to blame customers for their inadequate , incompetent behaviors. I love the doctors their great and the grooming staff is awesome they get a thumbs up. But the front staff needs training classes on how to deal with customers. Sorry to say I will never ever step foot in that facility again.
