We bought cosmetics but still had to stand in a long line for 25 mins. Someone told us that they would check us out shortly since we were buying makeup but the next moment another lady comes and tells us that we have to stand in a really long checkout line. When we were at the checkout, the cashier said the other lady could have actually checked us out in the makeup section.
They also had some sale signs for someone of the items but at the checkout we were told they were not on sale and regardless of the sale sign, they didn't honour the prices at all.
I'm not a fan of their policy and procedures when it comes to online shopping and the store. It's great that you can shop online and return at the store, but to do an exchange is a huge hassle and isn't customer-friendly. But they always have good deals on products.
Electronic section is really small. Good place to shop cloths. Personally found little sad place to shop anything.
Great experience, holiday shopping, everyone was very friendly. Even to the customers that came in and were rude. {Black Friday} I will shop here again.
Pathetic! The staff doesn’t know where the stuff is. There is no sign in the entry area to show which direction to find which department. The store is so poorly done it looks like a flea market. Was there one week before Thanksgiving shopping for their Jumping Beans brand of toddler clothing. No 3T. It’s like the buyers dropped the ball. Shopping at Walmart is easier than Kohl’s.
