Went to buy lawn mover and some trimmer, being first timer was so much confused and didn't know anything about this. but their staff was so professional, he asked all details about my lawn and show me all different mower with all positive ans negative features.
I used to shop there in the past but it's lacking quality and value nowadays. I can't even recall the last time I visited any Sears but I can't find anything

Sears did not allow an exchange. I wanted to exchange an item I purchased 41 days ago. I understood I could not return it since it was more than 30 days. However, thought they would have let me exchange it for something else or give me a store credit. I had my receipt and the tags and never wore it.
Don't bother calling the phone number. They just hang up on you.
Ordered online for in store payment. Went to get my item. The computer at the pickup area was able to find my order but it can't up as not paid for but I couldn't pay at the kiosk. The guy in the pickup area told me to go downstairs to pay for it. The escalator is out of order so elevator is the only way up and down. Get to the register to pay and told the cashier that I placed an online order for in store payment. She had no clue what to do so she got the manager. Had to explain to the manager that I had to pay and she didn't understand at first. Finally she used my salescheck number to try to look up my order but she couldn't get it to come up. She called the store manager to get some help and she couldn't find the order either. Finally they typed in the UPC for each item to ring it up. Items did not ring up at the right price so she had to correct each item. Then the computer froze up so she had to start over from the beginning typing in each item and correcting the price.
