When I entered the store there was several employees that were having casual conversation amongst themselves while lounging on one of the floor model couches. I was not acknowledged by an associate upon entering, it took about 15 minutes of being in the store before I was acknowledged. After advising the saleswoman that approached me of what I was looking for, she simply pointed in the direction of where I could find the sectionals and walked off....I never saw her again. Overall, my experience at this particular American Signature furniture store location was very disappointing. I will remain a loyal customer to the Alpharetta location.
I purchased sectional sofa and bed from Buford store on 2016 Black Friday. One of the seat of sectional scratched hardwood floor very bad in my living room. I found screw attached on the leg of that seat. I informed the store and send them email with pictures. They informed me to call Duluth store since it was delivered from there. I called Duluth store, spoke with store general manager Robert Manns and he assured me that Travelers insurance will call and take care of the damages. I never received the call from travelers insurance. Now year has been passed since my purchase, I sent many many emails to Duluth and Buford stores, spoke with store managers multiples times and the issue still not resolved. All I got from the managers were false promises and lies. Customer service is non existent. I would give 0 star if I could. Stay away from American Signature Furniture.
My experience with Deborah, Fergus, Sherry and Brandy was wonderful. I truly appreciate their high level of customer service. Carl and Derrick, the delivery team that brought my new bed were wonderful! Very professional and helpful, they assembled my new bed and even centered it for me! They made the delivery experience easy, pleasant and fast. Looking forward to my next purchase, I love my new bed.
A great experience buying furniture. I was lucky to find a wonderful couch for my new home. From Tiara the sales associate to Bruce and Xavier the delivery gentlemen, the entire team was so wonderful and personable. Thanks everyone!!
We bought a sofa set 1 1/2 ago. But frame was broke and fabric is getting worse fast. Low cost, low quality products. Never recommend this place. I am goingto throw away that sofa.
