Steal your money quick and bring the product whenever they feel like it. Jerk u around a few times and have a no refund policy due to them being able to provide crappy delivery services after your money had been well secured and already taken.
***BEWARE**This is a screwed up place. There is a manager named LOU who is a trying to rip off people. I found a damage in the sofa we bought for 1000$, the day after the delivery and she would not even listen and say we caused the damage. Despite the warranty they did not replace our sofa. So if you want to be ripped off, shop in this place. TOTAL RIP OFF PLACE.
Bought a couch from them that seemed nice. Actually had a manufacturing defect where it was put together incorrectly, which did not become apparent until a few days into owning it. When I called them about it they basically said it wasn't their problem.
Worst experience ever. My husband and I purchased a china cabinet that was on sale. (Clearance) . We paid for everything including delivery, item supposed to be deliver today . This morning we receive a call stating that the owner of the store refuse to deliver the item and honor the purchase, because the clearance price was to low. Yes ....this true.
I discovered this place 6 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta. They had gorgeous Ashley and Aico furniture sets for great prices. When I recently bought my house, I knew exactly where to go. I guess I may be easier to please than other reviewers here, but I LOVE this place. I purchased a bistro set for my breakfast nook in July 2016 and the transaction/delivery were super smooth. The team assembled it in my home and set it up perfectly. Gorgeous piece! I do my homework & research prices online while in the store. I love that it is a huge place, its clean, comfy, the salespeople don't haggle you, they work with you on the prices, they finance and they have very reasonable delivery prices. No complaints here. What more can I ask for? Will be going back this week to purchase a few more items.
We didn't bargain for the price , we walk in the store we saw the item , we like it we bought it , we paid for the asking price. Can you believe that...yes they refuse to honor the sale ,that was completed , paid in full and we got. the contract...But is ok we never going to purchase anything from then and we are.filling a complain . Plus we are telling everybody how they treat their customers. Dishonest people.
