I was in this store 9/14/2017 and had questions about some of their prices, the lady sat there on the computer as if I didn’t exist! I assume she is the wife of the owner, but not to worry I will NEVER spend a cent of my money with you! Poor customer service leads to declining revenue which equals to GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!! #RealReality# FixYourClutteredStore!!!
I've bought about ~ 10 frags here and they were truly unique and hard to find at other places.
Worst customer service EVER !!! I’ve bought plenty of fish from here and they always end up dying.. the owner is really rude and thinks he knows everything, in which he doesn’t! I have more than 10 fish in my tank and ALL are alive except for the last two I purchased here.. I came into the store letting him know one of those two died and he claims it was because my water was too dirty and full of ammonia, I went ahead and changed my whole tanks water and a week later the other one died so CLEARLY it was not my water because my other fish are perfectly fine! If he cared he would at least replace those two but he really cares less..
Great store. All of the bad reviews are just some people that don’t know what they’re talking about. Never had any problems with my fish dying from there. Great store
This is the place to go to see and it has the best service. I have been back over and over. They have special ordered for me and has been so wonderful with customer service. They have answered so many questions of mine. They have very beautiful fish and can answer all your questions you have. I would really recommend to visit them and check them out.
Simply the best place for coral addicts. They could charge admission (no, this is NOT the Atlanta Aquarium as some reviews apparently think so).
